Im still recovering from an amazing weekend in Connecticut. I always hate saying I spent my weekend in Connecticut. I sound like such a snob. Who cares, I always have a good time. Everytime I get there, well I should say that anytime Katie and I get together sheer madness occurs. Im finally allowed into the bars (you know being that whole 21 now) So Katie took me to my inaugural trip to Side Street in Hamden. For her birthday, we went to The Tavern, but that didn't count. I wasn't 21. This time I was. After consumption of many a beer at Gavin & Katie's house o' fun we went to Side Street. The band there was pretty good, although all you could hear when the finished a song, was the chant of "GREEN DAY! GREEN DAY!" by Gavin. Dawg AKA Katie took care of me. As in, I finished half a beer and another was placed in my hand. A shot or two, and about 2 hours later, the bouncer asked us to finish up our beer so he could go home. Dawg couldn't finish hers, and I think that a beer is a terrible thing to waste especially for $3.00 a bottle. So I put it back and I made her proud. We made it back to the apartment in one piece. I passed out about 15 minutes later on the couch. It was great. Don't get me wrong I love being at home. and I LOVE NEW JERSEY! but the best time of my life is when Im up at school. Good ol' Quinnipiac University. Ahhh I head back in 6 weeks to a room all my own. All the men better watch out, Ill be pimpin'.
